We partner with hotels and conference venues across the Peace Region to keep installed AV running in their banquet and meeting rooms, coordinated through the venue’s banquet event orders. Book your conference in Fort St. John or Grande Prairie and there’s a good chance our gear is already in the building — and that we know exactly how your room behaves.

Multi-day program? We plan the whole arc — main hall, breakouts, evening banquet — as one production, so nothing gets rented twice and nothing falls between the cracks.
